Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) Screening Programme, 2023: A screening programme was organised by the medical officer (AYUSH) RBSK-MHT, Umsning Block, RiBhoi District at the school premises on 19th October, 2023 for students from class VI to class X. this programme aimed at early identification and early intervention for children from birth to 18years on the 4D’s i.e. defects at birth, deficiencies, diseases, disabilities and developmental delay.

Sambandh Health and Wellness: Keeping in light, the need of the overall wellbeing of the students, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, government if India entrusted the school through the Health and Wellness Ambassador to organise a weekly health and wellness class to deliver to the students from class VI to X. The classes include several vital topics like mindfulness, beauty that matters, gender role, counselling, etc. certain classroom activities and group discussions was held in order to cater to the mental and emotional needs of the students.

WIFS(Weekly Iron-Folic acid Supplementation): Distribution of IFS to students of class VI to XII was done every year on a weekly basis. The aim of this programme is to reduce the prevalence and severity of anaemia in adolescent population (10-19yrs).

National Deworming Day: Distribution of Deworming tablets to students from class I upto class XII was done every year on this day.

World No Tobacco Day: World No Tobacco Day was observed every year on the 31st to raise awareness of the harms caused by tobacco products to people, public health, communities and environment.
The theme of World No Tobacco Day – 2024 is “Protecting children from tobacco industry interference”.

Inter-house poster making and slogan writing competitions.
Prizes will be awarded for the best house on poster making and slogan writing.
