‘Award and Felicitation report 2022-2023’
Nehru Memorial Higher Secondary School had organized a Felicitation Committee on 15th December, 2023 at the School Premises for meritorious students who have demonstrated excellencies in SSLC and HSSLC examination 2022-2023 batch. The objective of this award is to give recognition for their commendable academic achievements and inspires them to aim for grater heights in their academic and personal pursuits.
In the SSLC Award 2023, 12 students were felicitated. The following are the names of the students:
INRILA-AKOR NONGRUM topped the list with 81% and distinction in 5 subjects followed by BANRISUK KURBAH with 80.3% and distinction in 4subjects (MIL, Math, Sc., & H.PE). VINISHA KHARTHANGMAW achieved a perfect score of 100 in Health & Physical Education and was awarded with a Cash Award of Rs. 5000/-.
In the HSSLC Award 2023 (Art Stream), 09students were felicitated. The following are the names of the students:
SHIVALIZA SYNGKLI topped the list with 78% and distinction in 4 subjects (Eng, MIL.Kh, Edu, & E.Kh.) followed by KYRMENSKHEM NONGSHLI with 74.6% and distinction in Sociology.
In acknowledgement of the year-long hard work and dedicated service exceeding 25 years, three of the teachers and two of non-teaching staffs were felicitated.

On 27th October 2023, a felicitation programme in honour of the District Teacher Awardee 2022 and 2023 was
held at Rtiang Campus, Nehru Memorial Secondary School to felicitate two of the teachers, Smt. Bahunshisha Lyngskor on being awarded the Prestigious District Award of Teachers 2022 and Sir. Paddam Chettri on being awarded the Prestigious District Award of Teachers 2023.
